A weekend of wellbeing combining yoga, meditation and relaxation at the lake shores of Inishmore. Relax, unwind and revitalise your body and soul.

What is involved

Suggested Itinerary:
Day One (Friday) - Arrival at Cavan Adventure Centre - Immediately settle in to a luxurious late afternoon yoga and awakening meditation session
Transport from local bus services can be arranged. Surcharges may apply. Self-catering shared accommodation. Day Two (Saturday) - Optional morning walk or jog - 10.30am to 12.30pm Morning yoga - Lunch - 2pm to 4.30pm Kayaking or silent Inishmore Woodland Walk - 7pm Relax and Restore evening yoga
Day Three (Sunday) - Optional morning walk or jog - 10am to 11.30am Morning stretch and calming meditation - Depart Cavan Adventure Centre
Transport from local bus services can be arranged.

Anyone looking to get away to an amazing therapeutic landscape, declutter the mind and soothe the soul.

What to bring

You will need to bring old runners and warm waterproof clothing for outdoor activities. We will provide you with a buoyancy aid for water activities and yoga accessories for yoga classes.
