About Wellbeing Week Retreat by the Lakes (3 -6 people)

What is involved

Well-being Week consists of activities such as yoga, hiking, kayaking, boat trip, biking, dining out and a 1:1 well-being coaching session. Itineraries will be confirmed upon booking. Well-being Week runs from Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning. Visitors will stay in a shared 3 bed self catering cottage. Max 6 people. All food, activities and accommodation are included in the price: Double Room en-suite (one person) €1,200 ; Double Room en-suite (couple shared) €1,600 ; Twin Room shared bathroom (one person) €1,000 ; Twin Room shared bathroom (two sharing) €800 ; Single Room shared bathroom €1,000 ; A non refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure the booking. What to bring

You will need to bring old runners and warm waterproof clothing for outdoor activities. We will provide you with a buoyancy aid for water activities and yoga accessories for yoga classes.
